This week I’m writing in from Zipolite, Mexico! We have been eating GOOD and have tons of Mexican inspired dishes to share.

We got to try a range of foods from street tacos on the beach to chapulines (seasoned grasshoppers) from a Michelin Star restaurant in Oaxaca!

It’s definitely been quite the foodie trip, so I’m excited to share my favourites with you
