Chicken Chettinad — black pepper, curry leaves, coconut, black mustard, and tamarind. The kind of spice blend you won't stop thinking about
Orecchiette Lucane — shrimp, fava bean purée, mushrooms, roasted peppers, and a hint of white truffle. A pasta worth the effort
