This week's lineup leans into summer's best instincts — fire, chill, and bold sauce. There's a coffee-rubbed NY strip with patatas bravas and bordelaise, a pan-seared duck breast with cherry reduction, and a Peruvian half-chicken marinated in Peruvian spices your rotisserie can't touch.
